Great service! Bouncy castle was clean and exactly as described. Placement was great and checked in with us several times to make sure we were happy. We also had the dinky cars and they were a huge hit. Prompt delivery and collection would definitely use again!

Excellent service today. Used this company previously for bouncy castle and the huge drop slide. Again they provided 5 star customer service. Hired big grey/ yellow obstacle for outside course and inside ball pool/ baby soft play/horses. Everything arrived on time, safe. Clean and good communication upon ordering easy and friendly, happy to help and assist. Kids absolutely love the equipment and keeps them busy and shattered all day from baby's to big kids. The time of use Is excellent with no rush to do a quick service. Dropped off to me at 12.30 as asked and collection 7pm. Thanks for assisting in us having a great day again x amie n family

I was let down at the last minute by a diff company I was recommended for my son’s 2nd birthday party. I called Arnie’s Castles and he was with me within 30 minutes! I’ve never known service like it, the whole team was amazing! ordered the Peppa pig bouncy castle for my daughters birthday. I was a little hesitant due to the typical British weather!! I’m so glad I went ahead with the booking.
